Thanks for shopping at www.adlersjewelers.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Some items may not be returned. Ie: special orders, custom sizes, etc.
All returns must be accompanied by an authorized RA #,
Please contact us to get RA #. Items without proper RA # will not be accepted.
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items not eligible for return/refund include sale items, special or customized items.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

All returns must be accompanied by an authorized RA #,
Please contact us to get RA #. Items without proper RA # will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the Continental United States. Any shipments outside of United States are not available at this time.

Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [15] business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Saturday or Sundays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Shipping Costs

All orders will include Free 2-Day Shipping via FedEx or UPS to 48 contiguous states only. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. Overnight FedEx or UPS Shipping is also available for a flat $25 fee. Orders must be shipped to a physical address, no Hold for Pickups or PO boxes, please.

Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at sales@adlersjewelers.com or 908-233-4760. Adlers Jewelers will issue an RA # and Shipping Label for return
